What is an orrery? An orrery is a mechanical model of the solar system showing planets orbiting the sun. Our custom orreries let you replace the standard planet designs with your own personal images making each one completely unique to you.
How are EnShop orreries made? Our orreries are made using a combination of 3D printing and paper planet construction. The structural components are 3D printed for precision and consistency. Your custom planet images are printed onto paper and carefully cut and assembled by hand. Each product goes through a quality check before shipping. It is a detailed process that requires skill and care to complete correctly.
Are these handmade? Our orreries are not traditionally handmade in the craft sense. We use 3D printing technology for the structural components and paper printing for the planets. However each product still requires significant hands on assembly and quality checking. Every orrery is built to order specifically for you.
What makes EnShop products special? Every product is made specifically for you with your own images. No two EnShop orreries are ever identical. We combine modern production technology with careful hands on assembly to create something truly personal.
Ordering Questions
How do I place a custom order? Click the Customize button on any product page. Upload your images for each planet, adjust their size and position, preview them on the live 3D model, fill in your details and submit. It is that simple.
What images can I upload? You can upload any image you own the rights to including personal photos, artwork, and graphics. Images should be clear and high resolution for the best results. Accepted formats include JPG, PNG, and WEBP.
Can I preview my order before submitting? Yes! Our custom order form includes a live 3D model preview. You can see exactly how your images will look on the orrery and adjust size, rotation and position before submitting anything.
Can I change my order after submitting? Please contact us at support@enpaws.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before production begins. Once production has started we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Can I cancel my order? Cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing the order may receive a full refund. After 24 hours please contact us at support@enpaws.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Questions
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does production take? Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days after we receive your order and payment.
How long does shipping take? Domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships depending on your location.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
What if my package is lost? If your package is lost in transit please contact us at support@enpaws.com with your order number and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
