Overview At EnShop we stand behind every product we make. We offer a 7 day refund policy on all orders — standard and custom. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will make it right.

7 Day Refund Policy All EnShop products including custom orreries are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@enpaws.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you return instructions within 1 to 2 business days
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging
  5. Once we receive the returned item we will process your full refund within 5 to 10 business days

Conditions:

  • Refund must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be returned in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund is issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and your order number
  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • Full refund or replacement offered at no additional cost

Non Refundable Items The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders where more than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • Items that show signs of damage caused by the customer
  • Return shipping costs unless item was defective

Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering — full refund
  • Cancellations after 24 hours — contact us at support@enpaws.com

Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
