By accessing and using enpaws.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please discontinue use of our website immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of EnShop.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
EnShop specializes in custom handmade products including personalized orreries and other handcrafted goods. Please note:
- All products are made to order
- Product images on our website are for reference only
- Final products may vary slightly due to handmade nature
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
- Prices are subject to change without notice
3. CUSTOM ORDERS
By placing a custom order you acknowledge and agree that:
- Custom orders are made specifically for you
- Production begins after payment is received and confirmed
- Custom orders are non refundable once production has started
- You are responsible for providing accurate customization details
- Images you submit must be owned by you or you must have rights to use them
- We are not responsible for errors in customization details you provide
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary
4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
When placing an order with EnShop:
- All prices are listed in US dollars
- Payment is required in full before production begins
- We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal
- By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion
- You will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment
5. PRICING AND TAXES
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Applicable sales tax will be added to orders from Nevada
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non refundable
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally
- Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content on enpaws.com including text, images, logos, and designs are owned by EnShop
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
- By uploading images for custom orders you confirm you own the rights to those images
- You grant EnShop a limited license to use your uploaded images solely to fulfill your order
- EnShop retains the right to display completed products in our portfolio unless you request otherwise
8. USER CONDUCT
When using our website you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false or misleading information
- Upload images you do not own or have rights to use
- Attempt to interfere with our website’s functionality
- Use our website for any fraudulent or harmful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website

In the event of a dispute we encourage you to contact us first at support@enpaws.com. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably. If we cannot reach a resolution disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
